MOHAMMED SIRAJ is currently an Olympic style weightlifting athlete. He began serious power-lifting at the age of 20. By 21, his numbers and physique far surpassed most of his peers.

Before weightlifting, he was captain of his high school wrestling team and went on to compete at the university level. He continues to compete in city wide and state wide competitions.

Graduate of New York University with a degree in chemistry.

Armed with his fitness ambitions with his scientific studies, he’s always focused on pushing his body’s capabilities to the next level.

He is the writer, researcher, and face of Verte Brio.

Bench Press: 205 lbs

Dead-lift: 405 lbs

Overhead Press: 165 lbs

Dips: 60+ reps (with 145 lbs added weight)

Pull-ups: 30+ reps (with 65 lbs added weight)

Snatch: 145 lbs

Clean and Push Press: 205 lbs

JISAN ALI works out to stay healthy and strong. He’s seen a tremendous amount of growth in size and strength. When he began, he was a stick weighing in at 130 lbs and, after 3 years of training, he’s at a comfortable 170 lbs of lean muscle.

At heart, he is a writer and a musician. Weight lifting helps clear his mind, and hitting personal goals always puts him in a better mood.

He is the manager, editor, and producer at Verte Brio.
